Below is a collection of some of my favorite photos I took when studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Not only does Florence have such a rich history, beautiful art and architecture, and culture, but also the people from there have a very special way of living life. I'm born and raised in New York, where people seem to be more focussed on "hustling," often times working so hard that they forget to enjoy life. Based on my experienced and the people I met in Florence, I learned that life doesn't have to be that way. you can enjoy life, work hard, have fun, spend time with friends and family, relax, learn, and be curious and open to new experiences. The Florentine lifestyle is very much about living life in moderation, letting yourself dive into curiosities, learn, and work hard but also don't forget to have fun too. The pictures in this collection is my appreciation for this special mentality.
